LiveBallers,
We recently released some really cool new features to help make your life a little easier (and your LiveBall more organized)!
1. New "Tags" library (under the "Libraries" menu) lets you see all the tags used anywhere in the console, how many respondents have each tag, how many respondents were given that tag as their first primary tag (i.e., their "segment"), the date of the last time a respondent was given that tag, and stats about how many page elements, rule actions, and rule conditions refer to that tag.
More importantly, you can now rename tagsāand if you rename a tag to the name of another existing tag, the two will be "merged". This lets you consolidate errant tags into a more manageable collection.
2. In the Image, Flash, and Fulfillment libraries you can now move items from one category to another.
3. A new "Substitute form" rule action that can be used on page rules to swap out one form for another on the page, based on whatever rule conditions you want. For example, if you detect someone's geolocation as being outside the US, you might want to substitute an international lead collection form.
4. A new "Referrer URL" rule condition that lets you check for certain pieces of text contained within the referral URL from which a respondent first came to LiveBall. For instance, if a respondent clicked through to LiveBall from an ad on Google, their referrer URL would be something like "http://www.google.com/search?q=search_term". Note that when checking for items within a Referral URL, you will generally want to use the "contains" comparison instead of "equals".
To take advantage of this new rule condition, the "Preview" simulation screen now lets you specify a referrer URL that you can use to test path experiences accordingly.
Have fun! As always if you have questions, contact your Account Manager.
