Cross-sells: Use LiveBall to cross-sell products and/or services
Several LiveBall clients are using conversion paths to cross-sell products and/or services. One cross-sells a paid newsletter subscription after a free report is sent via email—this is promoted on the "thank you" page. Another client does something similar, offering additional information on paid subscriptions alongside their free e-mail product.
"Live" Chat: Implement live help support to your landing experiences
If you offer customers live online support or "chat" on your website, why not on your conversion paths too? Or, give people the opportunity to contact sales or support via email or live chat.
Direct Marketing: Send offline traffic to the web
Our clients are also driving offline traffic to conversion paths and microsites from all types of direct marketing: television spots, direct mailers, newspaper ads, classifieds, and coupon booklets. LiveBall allows our clients to easily deliver a brand-consistent message across all channels—and they can test and optimize based on results.
Flash Video: Engage and /or reward your respondents
Do you have a really cool product? Why not show your potential leads what it does and how it works—before asking them to sign up for a free trial. LiveBall makes it easy for our clients to engage respondents with flash video pre-conversion, or can be used on the "thank you" page to provide users with relevant content that relates to their conversion. Or, follow ion's lead and offer on-demand webinars and/or product demo as fulfillment.
Co-branding: Give your partners opportunities for increased market visibility
LiveBall makes it really easy for you to provide your partners, resellers or affiliates with co-branded landing pages, conversion paths or microsites. Several of our clients create pages that allow for plug and play company branding—just drop in the logo!
