Bet that got your attention, eh? Well, so does using Flash in post-click marketing.
My FAVORITE new feature LiveBall is Flash Support. It allows me, Marketing Coordinator with zero capability in graphic design, to edit and update buttons and segmentation graphics with only a few clicks... not to mention increase the sizzle of the post-click experiences that I create as well.
So, Flash in LiveBall makes it easy for me to:
1) Make my post-click landing experiences super cool (engaging would be the proper term)
2) Create & edit flash buttons myself
3) Did I mention it makes my landing experiences super cool? Way cooler than the competition I'm bidding against as well.
Here's an example of how easy Flash is to use in LiveBall:
I recently created a post-click marketing assessment to gauge people's post-click knowledge (those people being our friends, newsletter readers, search respondents, etc.). One of our graphic designers, Clint, created gif buttons for me to use in the assessment. After the assessment was live and set up, I decided "Hey, this would be a great place to use Flash!"
Clint had already set up basic flash button templates for use in LiveBall, so all I had to do in LiveBall was:
1) click on the original button in the assessment

2) pull down the appropriate button size

3) edit the button text

4) and update the link.
Voila! New Flash button in no time flat.
I also decided to change the last button in the quiz from "continue" to "get your score" (What marketer isn't always coming up with new ideas?), and was able to do that within only seconds. For browsers that don't support flash, the "continue" gif (or any gif depending on what is published) will show up instead.

We've only just begun to harness the full potential of Flash in LiveBall, and I can't wait to see what we have in store.
